Use of the service
Users are responsible for the videos they upload and for reviewing any generated script or narration before publishing or sharing it.
Accessibility support, not a legal guarantee
ATHINA AD is built to support accessibility work. It is not a guarantee of legal compliance with the ADA, WCAG, Section 508, or any other accessibility standard. Compliance depends on your specific implementation and use. We recommend professional accessibility review for content where compliance is required.
Draft outputs
AI-generated descriptions can miss context or include mistakes. Users should review timing, wording, tone, and accuracy before use.
Account and upload limits
Current public limits are 15 minutes and 300 MB per video. Standard users are limited to 5 attempts per day. Users must not upload, check, or process harmful, illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or exploitative, violent, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited videos. Misuse or attempted misuse may be refused, removed, reported where required, or lead to account removal. Uploaded source videos are removed from ATHINA AD servers within 24 hours.
